From specialized industry training and work-based learning opportunities to partnerships with non-profits and staffing agencies, we are creating a sustainable talent pipeline that drives economic growth and strengthens our community.

Workforce Services Overview

Workforce development addresses the need for employment and advancement in the labor market through services, programs, systems, and networks. It is the ability to use one’s skills and training to produce work—building trusting relationships among business and industry, education and training providers, and community leaders to supply skilled workers where they’re needed.
