Forward Sumner Economic Partnership (FSEP) and Sumner County Schools (SCS) maintain a robust collaboration to advance Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs, aligning them with workforce demands and fostering hands-on experiences for students. Workforce or Talent development helps a person find the pathway to work. Work allows us to build wealth to provide and care for others. Workforce development leads to a job or career. A job and work is the best tool for economic growth both personally and within the community
